The following company policies are designed for wholesale customers only. Individuals desiring to purchase items from this website are instructed to follow site instructions to determine a retailer in their area who carries the full line of Timeless Treasures products.
1) First time minimum order - $100. No minimum re-order amount.
2) First time order terms are, credit card, pre-submitted check or C.O.D. (entailing a $7.50 charge over cost of shipping). New customers are required to submit a credit card number for our files but will maintain discretion over when or if such credit card is utilized to pay any outstanding invoices).
3) Upon submission of credit references and verification of same, Timeless Treasures offers terms of "30 days net" on all orders. In-house or incoming orders for customers with balances over 30 days will not be processed further until said account is brought up to date. No orders will be taken from customers with balances in excess of 60 days. Customers with balances in excess of 90 days will be turned over to an agency for collection.
4) Customer tax I.D. is required on file.
5) Special Orders– any item requiring special processing or manufacturing (i.e., the Claddagh Mother's Pendant, or special requests for stone set items) are handled as expeditiously as possible and generally take between 2 to 3 weeks. Items in 14-ct gold will generally take between 3 to 4 weeks. Special orders for customers with balances in excess of the 30 day terms can not be accepted.
6) All of Timeless Treasures jewelry is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a given product, you may return it for full credit to your account within 30 days of purchase. Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.
